In early September, Katharina Garzon and Daniela Schmid invited guests to the opening of their vegetable workshop in Kritzendorf. The new store, located directly on the main street, sees itself as a small local supplier of healthy and sustainable food, with a special focus on quality and regionality. Fresh dishes made from vegetables are cooked daily, which can be enjoyed on-site in a cozy atmosphere or taken home, sustainably packaged. „We call ourselves the vegetable workshop because we prepare wonderful vegetarian and vegan dishes from vegetables every day and want to inspire people to bring more vegetables into their lives with our creative cuisine,“ explains educator Daniela Schmid.
You can learn how to cook creatively with vegetables and eat a balanced diet in the workshops offered. „We offer a diverse program of cooking classes and nutrition workshops for children and adults to make a healthy lifestyle appealing to all family members,“ says nutritionist Katharina Garzon.
WK Chairman Markus Fuchs and Deputy Chairperson Martina Polndorfer (FiW), together with the Municipality of Klosterneuburg and Stadtmarketing, congratulated them on the successful opening and wished them continued success!
