This weekend, on Saturday, May 1, 2021, the STRAND’CAFE21 will open its doors on the grounds of the Klosterneuburg lido as an event venue near Klosterneuburg and the north of Vienna. To celebrate the day, they'll even have takeout!
In addition to serving daily guests, the restaurant was designed to be used for a wide variety of events. A high-quality sound system and a sophisticated lighting concept accompany lively dance events, underscore chill DJ lineups, and support the professional execution of small concerts. Mobile, flexible wooden partition elements enable events with large space requirements as well as events in a private atmosphere. Celebrations are individually tailored to the personal wishes of the customer through various seating arrangements, standing tables, and bar elements.
In addition to typical outdoor pool fare, the extensive food offering includes a selection of leaf salads with various toppings such as parmesan shavings, shrimp, or chicken for variety, and homemade dressings made from oranges, lemons, or ginger offer a refreshing alternative to conventional dressings. Furthermore, we bring Mediterranean flair to the natural floodplain landscape just outside Klosterneuburg, with crispy pizzas, filled panini, and tramezzini igniting guests' holiday feelings and making a stay at the beach bath a relaxing mini-vacation close to home.
