On August 12, 2021, the completely redesigned „Stiftsrestaurant Leopold“ will open its doors. The new tenant, Fredi Stijepic, is focusing on a new culinary concept with charcoal grills.
With the restaurant Leopold, the former Klosterneuburg Monastery Cellars not only gets a new name but also a unique new culinary concept with the new tenant Fredi Stijepic. „We offer our guests a culinary journey that begins in Austria and ends in the Balkans. We combine our farm-to-table concept with our own herb garden, as well as regional and seasonal products, with modern preparation techniques,“ says Fredi Stijepic.
Everything has been completely renovated. The large room at the entrance has been made larger and brighter. Culinarily, the new owner is focusing on charcoal grills both indoors and outdoors, with plans for game dishes and all kinds of fish, including grilled fish on a stick.
Opening on August 12, 2021 – From 5:00 PM onwards, each guest will be treated to a glass of Frizzante. This offer is valid until August 31, 2021.
