In early May, former city marketing manager Nicola Askapa, along with new founder Melanie Falkner, hosted a businesswomen's breakfast at „Heini's Laden-Lokal.“ In their small but charming weekend grocery store at Hirschengasse 8 in Kritzendorf, Heinz Ressl and Nicola Askapa have been providing their customers with regional products and simple, fresh cuisine since May 2021. After many years in marketing, she now produces all sorts of fine, colorful treats after completing her pastry apprenticeship through a second career path. With pleasant spring temperatures, around 20 female entrepreneurs from Klosterneuburg were able to get a personal impression. While networking in the cozy garden, small delicacies from the savory kitchen and the bakery were also tasted.
