As every year, right on time for Leopoldi, the Buschenschank calendar for the coming year appeared. Organized and researched by the Klosterneuburg District Winegrowers' Association with support from Klosterneuburg City Marketing, it was produced in a print run of 25,000 copies.
This popular brochure not only includes all the Heurigen opening dates but also information about gastronomy and accommodation businesses, as well as a comprehensive event calendar.
With the next issue of the official gazette, it will be distributed to all households in Klosterneuburg. Of course, it will also be available for free pickup at many businesses in our city – not just at our wineries and hospitality businesses – and of course, here at Stadtmarketing Klosterneuburg.
This year's cover image is by Heinrich Reisenbauer, who enjoys worldwide renown and is counted among the superstars of Art Brut. The now 85-year-old can still be found daily in his studio-office. One of his best-known motifs, the sun, also adorns the facade of the Gugging Gallery. New at the gallery is the „gugging twingy“ service, a blockchain-based digital twin of some selected exhibition pieces.
The exhibition „simply…art“ runs at Galerie Gugging until February 11, 2024, and includes works by Reisenbauer, among others.
