Patrick Studnicka and his partner Jennifer Nimpfer opened their „Soul of Bowl“ restaurant on the town square in Klosterneuburg on January 3rd. Freshly cooked food is served here in bowls. Everyone can put together their own combination from bases, protein sources, dressings, toppings, and sauces. For those who find this too complicated, there are suggested combinations.
WKNÖ branch manager Friedrich Oelschlägel, Mayor Christoph Kaufmann, and City Councilor for Economic Affairs Leopold Spitzbart were impressed by the great offerings, congratulated them with a joint certificate, and wished them every success for the future.
