10 Years of Trimotion – Center for Therapy, Yoga, and Traditional Chinese Medicine

For ten years, Trimotion – Body, Mind, and Soul has been a fixture for holistic health in Klosterneuburg. At its location on Stadtplatz 24, the center combines therapy, movement, and prevention under one roof.

Trimotion is led by Letizzia Wastavino and Stefanie Salzer, who pursue an integrative approach to health. Yoga, nutritional science, therapeutic applications, and the wealth of knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are specifically combined to promote sustainable physical and mental well-being.

Letizzia Wastavino, Senior Certified Anusara®️ Yoga Teacher Trainer, combines mindful, heart-oriented yoga practice with a deep understanding of biomechanics and functional movement.

Stefanie Salzer, with her brand sinn.ess.wandel, stands for holistic nutrition and health coaching, metabolism programs, acupuncture meridian massage, fascia therapy, and gut health.

The two leaders are supported by an experienced team including Petra Sparber, Lisa and Peter Grillmair, Sonja Angelina Vandelli, Günter Hediger, Elizaveta Trukhanova, and Alexandra Neuwirth, offering a diverse range of services from Shiatsu and various types of yoga to healing massage, sound meditation, and gentle movement forms. Many clients have been with Trimotion since its opening in 2016. The anniversary was recently celebrated in the town square.

Mayor Christoph Kaufmann and WKNÖ branch manager Friedrich Oelschlägel also congratulated them on their 10th anniversary, together with City Councilor for Commerce Leopold Spitzbart, Franziska Fuchs, City Marketing Managing Director Stefan Gabritsch, and Christian Wopienka, and wished them continued success.
