What is a K.Partner?

K.Partners are Klosterneuburg businesses and/or associations from all industries where Klosterneuburg gift certificates can be redeemed.

What is a K.+Partner?

K.+Partners are all K.Partners where you can pay cashless with your smartphone, in addition to Klosterneuburg vouchers, using the new feature of the Klosterneuburg App, the K.Börserl.

How do you become a K.Partner or a K.+Partner?

Anyone can become a K.Partner or K.+Partner, provided that:

The company is from Klosterneuburg. International chains and/or businesses outside the city are only permitted if there are no comparable businesses in Klosterneuburg.
Clubs from Klosterneuburg seeking to optimize and digitize their club communication and organization, as well as inform citizens about news and events.
Internet access, a smartphone, and/or PC are available.

What are the monthly costs?

The standard package costs €12.00 (excl. VAT) per month. If needed, the costs incurred can also be paid quarterly or annually.

How can I activate my user account as a K.Partner on the Jolioo website?

Activate your user account on the Jolioo Website, to in the future

to manage your K.Partner/K.+Partner listing in the Klosterneuburg App, as well as publish posts and events in the app,
redeem Klosterneuburg vouchers,
Debit the respective customer's K.Börserl balance!

The following steps must be observed for activation:

First, designate an administrator who will manage the company's data in the app in the future, redeem Klosterneuburg vouchers, and be able to deduct credit from the K.Börserl. You can then also create multiple user accounts on the website.
Send the first and last name, as well as the email address of the chosen administrator to stadtmarketing@klosterneuburg.net.
You will then receive an email to activate your user account.
Follow the link and enter your desired password. After accepting the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), click „Activate“.
Close the „Your username has been activated“ window to go to the website's homepage.

How can I link the new Jolioo employee app with my user account on the Jolioo website?

To continue redeeming vouchers and withdrawing balances from your respective K.Börserl, please update your user account and link it to the new app. Please observe the following steps:

You need an active user account on the Jolioo Website. If you have forgotten your login details, you can reset them on the website. If you do not have an account, please send an email to stadtmarketing@klosterneuburg.net.
Open https://app.jolioo.com/ in your browser and log in with your login details.
Next, click „Users“ under „My Company“ in the right-hand menu bar.
Select your user account. Click the scan icon in your user profile at the top right.
Download the new Jolioo Employee App now from the Google Play or App Store Download it for free with your smartphone. When you open the app, a number will appear.
Link the website to the app as follows:
- You can either enter the number from the app into the „Login Number“ field on the website.
- Or you can scan the QR code on the website with the app by clicking „Log in with QR Code“.
The Jolioo website is now linked with the Jolioo app.
In principle, operating the website and app has remained the same. You can find the operating manual in the handbook.

As a K. Partner, how can I redeem Klosterneuburg vouchers?

Jolioo Employee App – the easy & convenient way!

Download the Jolioo Employee App from the Google Play or App Store download it for free with your smartphone.
When you use the app for the first time, you must first connect it to the Jolioo Website link. You can read about exactly how this works in the FAQs.
Open the Jolioo Employee App on your mobile device.
Click „Scan QR or barcode“ and scan the QR code on the back of the Klosterneuburg voucher with your smartphone camera.

Website – manual entry!

Open the website in your browser app.jolioo.com.
Enter your login details, which you received by email.
In the side menu bar, under „Shop,“ click on the menu item „Vouchers.“ After entering the voucher code, it will be redeemed. You can find the voucher code on the back of the Klosterneuburg voucher (= number starting with KLBG).

In principle, the Klosterneuburg vouchers can be considered like cash. We recommend redeeming the full voucher amount via the website or app and handing over the remaining balance to the customer in cash. The money from redeemed vouchers will be automatically transferred to your specified account within 14 days.

What should I pay attention to as a K.Partner when redeeming the vouchers?

It is important that you check the validity of the voucher before accepting it. Download the Jolioo Employee App from the Google Play or App Store Download it for free with your smartphone and log in with your login details. After scanning the QR code on the back of the Klosterneuburg voucher with your smartphone camera, you will see the current status of the voucher (already redeemed, invalid, etc.) and how much it is still worth.

Additionally, we recommend redeeming the full voucher amount and handing the remaining balance to the customer in cash. Don't forget to collect the voucher and mark it as „redeemed“ (e.g., with a felt-tip pen, tearing the voucher, etc.).

How do you use the backend system of the Klosterneuburg App?

How does the K.Börserl work?

The K.Börserl is the new feature of the Klosterneuburg App, with which customers can pay cashless with their smartphone at K.+Partners.

To be able to offer this feature to your customers, you, as a K.+Partner, need internet access, a PC and/or a smartphone, as well as the ability to deduct the credit from the customer's K.Börserl live at your business premises. To do this, you, as a K.+Partner, must scan the customer-specific QR code in the Klosterneuburg App live using the Jolioo employee app or enter the respective customer number directly on the Jolioo website.

For your customers to be able to use this feature, they must first download the Klosterneuburg app for free from the Google Play or App Store, register, unlock the K.Börserl, and fund it with credit. Your customers can add credit directly in the app via credit card, at the Stadtmarketing Klosterneuburg point of sale, or by scanning a physical Klosterneuburg voucher.
