But it's not just an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life; our immune system also experiences a strengthening. Becoming aware of this and intensifying the healing effect of the forest through targeted exercises is Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing.<\/p>\n<p>Forest bathing is more than just a walk in the woods. The goal is physical and mental relaxation, as well as boosting our health. What is a recognized form of therapy in Japan is also becoming increasingly well-known in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The monthly appointments each have a different seasonal theme and take place at various forest locations. All meeting points are easily accessible to the public.
