But it\u2019s not just an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life; our immune system also experiences strengthening. Becoming aware of this and intensifying the healing effects of the forest through targeted exercises, that is <em><strong>Shinrin Yoku, Forest Bathing<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>The forests of the Klosterneuburg Abbey provide the setting, and it is carefully selected, particularly atmospheric spots that you will discover on your 2.5-hour walk. You will be accompanied by<strong> Zs\u00f3fi Schmitz, Nature Educator and Forest Bathing Trainer<\/strong>. You will experience inspiring mindfulness exercises that strengthen your connection to nature, to yourself, and to the bigger picture.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The program will take place even in light rain.
