Special guided tour for students of Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna:
In the proseminar „Literature from and about Gugging,“ 20 students from the Department of Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna, under the direction of contract lecturer Florian Müller, engaged with Gugging artists as writers, as well as Austrian authors who have written about Maria Gugging, during the winter semester of 2022/2023. For some Gugging artists, writing was a central element of their visual art. The House of Artists in Maria Gugging has been an inspiration for numerous artists from a wide variety of disciplines since the 1960s.
By the way, all the books discussed are available in the museum shop.
