5:30 PM Everything's upside down – the handstand challenge for a good cause! Participate and hold a handstand for 10 seconds for the Momo Children's Palliative Care Center!
18:00 - 19:30 Presentation of the choreographies (RSG; Sport Aerobics, BGT, Children's Gymnastics, Gymnaestrada 2023 in Amsterdam)
