Free exercise classes from June to September for all ages
Free, uncomplicated, and without registration: Various fitness classes are being offered in parks and public spaces across Lower Austria this summer. Whether it's back fitness, yoga, full-body workouts, ball sports, or dance workouts – there's something for everyone in the „Bewegt im Park“ (Moving in the Park) classes. Those who participate will be rewarded with a summer-sun holiday mood and an improved sense of well-being in everyday life.
Moving in the Park is for everyone: young or old, beginners or advanced, all needs are catered to. And fun is not neglected either!
