Why a weekly meal plan, why meal prepping?
Family nutrition often proves difficult, with everyone wanting or needing to eat something different. In the end, you end up cooking separately for everyone, and a balanced diet falls by the wayside – does that sound familiar? Together, you will develop your family's weekly meal plan and learn to make practical use of meal prepping (classic: pre-cooking).
