Dish market
November 17, 07:00 - 15:00

Just like every year – two days after the end of the Leopold festival – the traditional earthenware market takes place on the Rathausplatz in Klosterneuburg!
The market rights for this market can be traced back to the year 1453. At that time, an annual fair was held on the Sunday before Martinmas, which was granted market rights. This annual fair even lasted for 14 days. From the Sunday before Martinmas, the market moved to St. Leopold's Day and nowadays marks the conclusion of the festivities surrounding St. Leopold.
The broad range of products includes clothing, bed and table linen, socks, household goods, dishes, baskets, shoes, and food items such as confectionery, bacon, sausage, and more.
