Joesi Prokopetz - „Fillet Tips“

Fillet tips are a good thing. Especially when they are tender and flavorful and served in a fine sauce. It must be said, however, that Prokopetz cannot give a full guarantee for the tenderness, because here and there the program is quite unwieldy and – let us be glad – a bit sharp. However, it's an evening that certainly won't sit heavy on your stomach, but rather whet your appetite for more. Laughter? Of course! But not intellectual basement humor. Enjoy!
