Thomas Mraz - „Mraz F1rst“

„Now it's all about the person closest to me: Me! Me! Me!“ That's how it's demonstrated to us, in politics, on social media, and in the kindergarten WhatsApp group. We live in a society full of winners, where everyone wants to be first, yes, *has* to be first. Whoever comes in second has already lost, been left behind, fallen by the wayside. These forces also affect Thomas Mraz, and therefore, for him now: MRAZ FIRST! Though he has seldom—very seldom—actually never—been first at anything. It's high time that Mraz, in his first solo show, confronts his big questions: Is he aiming for the chairmanship of the allotment garden association? Is he opening his sausage stand, exactly as he remembers it from the past? Is he old enough to claim the corridor pension? Is he a well-traveled cosmopolite or a prole from Favoriten? Or perhaps both? And most importantly: Is he really an egoist like everyone else?
