Workshop for children aged 8-14
When does hair stand on end, and why do opposites attract? And what does this have to do with lightning? In this interactive workshop, you'll experiment and research yourself! Explore the forces of electrostatics through various experiments and learn how researchers at ISTA bring lightning into the lab.
At the VISTA Science Experience Center, you'll gain fascinating insights into the world of research at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA) and learn more about the ideas, people, and often surprising processes behind science.
The workshop is suitable for children aged 8 and up. For children under 14, the presence of an adult chaperone is mandatory. Tickets must be booked for all persons.!
