Special Exhibition: „I Can't Stop... So I'll Continue with a Watchful Eye and a Poised Pen!“

After 2018, Friedrich Itze Grünzweig is exhibiting again at the City Museum!

The likeable all-around talent made his first museum appearance in the year 2000 – in a joint exhibition with Friedrich Liska. In December of the following year, ITZE and his partner Erika Deutinger offered a taste of his acting skills with the reading „A schene Bescherung.“ In 2003, he presented his „Kalenda 2004“ at Kardinal-Piffl-Platz 8. In this year, Friedrich Grünzweig was also awarded the Culture Prize of the City of Klosterneuburg. He then delighted his fan base in 2005 with a spontaneous exhibition, which – unlike usual museum practice – was not preceded by a long-term planning phase. In 2010/11, another solo exhibition followed at the City Museum; over the summer of 2018, his last exhibition to date with the simple title: „My Latest Works.“

Soon this will be his penultimate exhibition in the museum premises. Because Friedrich ITZE Grünzweig's latest creations are already ready in the museum, just waiting to be hung.
