The Education & Social Club invites you:

Lecture by DI Dr. Michael Gartner on gustatory perception

DI Dr. Gartner (President and Founder of the Food Research Institute LVA in Klosterneuburg) will give a presentation on this topic. Using samples from his own agricultural produce (sausage, cheese, wine), he will vividly demonstrate which regions of our taste senses are activated.
